RETURNS

All ammunition sales are final.  Fundamental Defense cannot take back ammunition once it has left our facility and has been in the hands of the public.

Parts and Accessories sales are able to be refunded , a refund will be issued, minus a $15 re-stocking fee.

In the unlikely event your shipment is damaged in transit or your package contains the wrong items, your claim must be reported to Fundamental Defense within 7 days from receipt of the shipment.  Any claims outside the 7 days will be considered void and the sale will be final.

If your package is damaged during shipping a claim will be filed with the shipper and a refund or replacement will be issued once the claim investigation has concluded.

CANCELLATION

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled.  If an order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.  If your order is not out for delivery we can have the carrier return it to us, however there is a $29 charge to return your shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order when the Terms and Conditions have not been complied with. In the event that an order is cancelled and has already been packaged to ship and assigned a tracking number, a refund will be issued, minus a $35 re-stocking fee.
